NR IAS Academy has been offering educational services to the students preparing for the civil services exam for several years. The Academy provides comprehensive training and guidance program for all the stages of civil services exam – Preliminary Exam (the objective type screening test); Main exam (the descriptive type written test) and Interview. The Academy was established with the aim to provide a complete solution to the students preparing for this exam. Our training programme is excellent and at par with the latest needs of the examination.

Once the students get through the Mains examination, the Academy conducts Group discussions, mock-interviews, discussions with IAS, IPS officers and with subject matter specialists from various fields. These discussions help the candidates to improve their communication skills, increase their self-confidence, develop positive attitude, condition the body language and thus prepare them in a holistic manner to face the personality test.
